Hey there - I'm Rob. I’m previously a founder and CEO of several tech firms. I'm looking for someone to help me get more organised, assist me with research, and help with admin-heavy tasks.About meI'm a serial startup founder and following my last company, I have a portfolio of projects including helping others with their businesses, starting an investment fund, early stages of starting another venture, as well as being engaged in the Scottish startup ecosystem (including publishing a weekly newsletter called Campfire).I have ADHD and enjoy jumping from project to project. As you could expect, this means that organisationally it's a bit harder for me to focus and optimise my time.
I'm looking for an assistant to help optimise how I spend my time by helping me with existing administrative tasks, email management, calendar management, as well as proactively making suggestions for how to be more effective.Here are some examples of tasks that we'd work on together:Goals and objectives for me that working with a VA would help with:
Getting more time out of my day for deep work
Having my time protected (not as much an issue right now, but when I'm building companies, I have a habit of agreeing to 7+hours of calls a day, so I'd like to get into a much better practice of segmenting time and time management)
Staying on top of my inboxes (email) and tasks, prioritisation
Feeling more strategic with time and objectives
Researching and writing help with applications (grant applications, etc)
As someone with ADHD, having someone willing to operationally engage and challenge me is ideal.

Airtable/Coda/Notion
